For the Senior Engineer, COO, and CEO roles, fab experience is a must and GaN experience is desirable.

CURRENT OPENINGS

Senior Engineer (Device Characterization)

The Senior Engineer (Device Characterization) will lead Power HEMT characterization & simulation activities. Device characterization will involve DC/Pulse characterization of wafer scale devices, reliability characterizations as well as reliability qualification. The candidate would be expected to statistically analyze the data and present the analysis to the device/technology/material development teams. This may also require proficiency in scripting languages like Python, MATLAB, etc. Besides, often tests to debug a process/device/reliability failure would be desired too, for which the candidate must be proficient with device design details.

Senior Engineer (Power – Device/Technology Development)

The Senior Engineer (Power – Device/Technology Development) will lead a cutting-edge Power device development program involving the development of Power HEMTs using GaN on Si. This will directly involve activities like device design, mask design, interfacing with the process team, designing the process design of experiments to improve performance and reliability, asses the performance figure of merit parameters of every lot being processed, and working with the process team to also improve the variability and yield without compromising with the performance and reliability of the devices. Work with the packaging team to get the final packaged devices and the test team to get the final datasheet generated. He/She will also be interfacing with device characterization, simulation, reliability qualification, etc activities through Senior Engineer hired for Characterization & Simulations, as well as with his/her team. He/she will also have to work with the material growth team to specify material-specific requirements.
